Please join us in congratulating Sebastian Werner, Pouya Fotouhi, Roberto Proietti and Professor S.J. Ben Yoo for winning the Best Presentation Award at the MEMYS’ 18 for their paper – AWGR-based Optical Processor-to-Memory Communication.

We are honored to have her as one of our employees and we are excited to see what she will accomplish in the years to come.

Dr. Gao’s paper is entitled “Measurement of the Complex Human Atrial-Ventricular Motions Using Contact-Based Doppler Radar.”

Hilal Cansizoglu, a postdoc in Prof Islam’s group at ECE Department, has been selected for a 2018-2019 Mistletoe Research Fellowship. She was among 36 fellows chosen from more than 300 applications.

A love of physics lead Hilal Cansizoglu, a postdoctoral research fellow in the UC Davis Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, from Turkey to the United States. Her work adding nanostructures to silicon could be a game-changer for data centers.
