Jean-Pierre Colinge

Professor Colinge is conducting research in the field of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology for high-performance integrated circuits. This research encompasses semiconductor device physics, semiconductor device processing and fabrication of integrated circuits with specific properties, such as operation in a harsh environment (heat, radiations), operation under very low supply voltages, and RF operation (several gigahertz). Device simulation is carried out by either developing novel analytical models or by using numerical modeling tools.
