Dr. Lewis is interested in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, especially analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters. His research focuses on calibration techniques that overcome analog errors. These efforts aim to increase the maximum speed and/or reduce the required power dissipation and are potentially useful in digital communications systems.
