RF to THz and mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems
Professor Jane Gu’s group is interested in novel circuits and architecture ideas to push performances of RF to THz and mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems beyond device capabilities. Prof. Gu’s group has been studying the fundamental constraints of critical electronic systems’performances, such as ultra-wide bandwidth, high fidelity clock, ultra-low noise, and investigating the novel ideas to break the limits while with minimum complexity and power overheads. Besides, intelligence with self-adaptivity and hardware security is also the group interest. The research results will impact a variety of existing and emerging applications, including wireless/wireline communications, chip-to-chip terabit interconnect, molecule and bio sensing, autonomous driving, IOT, AR/VR etc.
